12-Month Limited Warranty

TILNCE products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the battery cells, ports, and display.
• Charging failures not caused by misuse or accidental damage.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or gradual capacity decline over time.
• Damage from misuse, drops, liquid exposure, disassembly, or unauthorized repair.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to Claim

Contact support@tilnce.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team may request photos or a short video to diagnose the problem. Approved claims are resolved with a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Safety Note

For your safety, do not attempt to open or modify the device. High-capacity batteries should be kept away from extreme heat and stored in a cool, dry place.
