If you are not completely satisfied with your TILNCE power bank, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused or in original condition, with all packaging, cables, and accessories included.

Free Returns

Returns are free on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@tilnce.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will send you return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
